Our client is a globally renowned glass manufacturer. They have laminated lines of glass production. They utilize abrasives for glass outer grinding.

Problem Statement:

• The plant spends over 10 lakhs annually on dressing the abrasives for grinding equipment to maintain high-end glass quality.

• Optimize the dressing cycle and dressing skip of the abrasive to improve efficiency.
